    My goal is to take that burden off of your shoulders. I do the homework for you, so you don’t have to stress, and can feel comfortable knowing you’re represented by an expert professional!

    My Proven Selling Package includes:

    • Know the Property: I become expert-level familiar with facts such as property taxes, zoning, lot size, square footage, etc.
    • Know the neighborhood: Most buyers will want to know about schools, shopping, public amenities, etc. I am a native of the area, so I will be able to swiftly communicate on each and every one of these topics. Rest assured, this is my town!
    • Market and Property Laws: I will know exactly what properties similar to yours are selling for, understand the terms of sale, and will discuss any and all property disclosure laws we may need to take into consideration regarding your unique property.
    • Price: I will work with the specifics to create a tailor made, realistic selling price that will get your home SOLD!

    Marketing: I work closely with seller clients to create a cost-effective plan to most effectively reach prospective buyers, both locally and out-of-town.

    • Online: Our lives are more intertwined with the internet than ever before. Buyers will want access to information/HD photos/drone videos and virtual tours.
      • I work tirelessly to create a “buzz” around your home that buyers won’t want to miss out on. I assure you, people will be talking about your home. This includes:
        • A featured listing on my website
        • a single property website on my EXIT branded page,
        • Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat, Email, and any/every real estate website there is! I have a follow base of over 20,000 people on all platforms, and with direct targeting available, each property’s professionally taken HD photos have potential to be viewed by an extremely large audience of buyers.
    • Offline: Smart Signs, flyers, open houses, classifieds

    Once you have an offer, it’s time to negotiate:

    • Forms: I simplify the process. I bring you approximately 20 forms and walk you through them in a manner than adheres to all state and federal laws. No surprises, no gimmicks, just results.
    • Final Terms: I help finalize the terms of the sale, which can include: Price, Inspection contingencies, Financing terms, Date of closing, Date of possession
    • It would be prudent for you to have an attorney review any and all contracts before the deal is finalized.
    • Final Walk through: While both buyer’s and witness can be present, we will schedule a final walk through before you close in order to determine that the property being conveyed meets the expectations of all parties.
    • Find and Make Arrangements for your new home: Unless you have or already built a new home, you’ll need to be the “buyer” for a new property as well! If possible, we will schedule both transactions to close at the same time, or else close your purchase shortly before.
